Council is a registered charity and is responsible for approximately five acres
of land within the village
Rattlesden is a busy and vibrant rural community but it lacks a central sports and social facility suitable for use by all sections of the community.
The Pavilion Replacement Fund has been the key focus for the Council in recent years. The Community Council is a registered charity (304936) and has been organising fund raising events for the benefit of the community for the past 5 years.
Through the generosity and support of the local community, grant giving bodies and businesses our fund has risen to over £55,000 (inc pledges).
It is our hope that we can commence building of the new facility in the spring of 2009. Please see our buisness plan for more details.
